This porch had a supporting pillar that was almost completely eaten through by an animal. The existing supports were dangerously under code, and the entire structure could have collapsed at any moment. We demolished everything and rebuilt it completely to code.
When we first arrived at the site, the main supporting pillar was heavily damaged by wildlife, making the entryway a severe safety hazard for the homeowners. Our primary goal was to quickly demolish the unstable structure and build a new, durable porch using expert exterior carpentry.
