For this backyard renovation project in Toronto’s vibrant Beaches neighborhood, the goal was to transform a confined outdoor layout into an expansive entertainment hub. We began by removing a small, outdated deck to make way for a very large, open-concept space specifically designed for hosting large social gatherings, family events, and outdoor dining.
To deliver a classic look that complements the coastal aesthetic of the neighborhood, we constructed the entire project using premium cedar wood. Cedar is a naturally resilient wood species favored across Ontario for its rich grain, pleasant aroma, and natural resistance to rot and moisture decay. To ensure a sleek, premium finish, our carpentry team utilized an advanced hidden fastener system.
